ACES Consulting Group’s Executive Director
and primary Counselor and Vocational Consultant is
Roxane Minkus, Ph.D., M.S., L.P.C., C.R.C.
Dr. Roxane Minkus is a Licensed Professional Counselor (L.P.C.) and Certified Rehabilitation
Counselor (C.R.C.) with more than 16 years of experience serving individuals with disabilities,
businesses, and governmental agencies. Services currently offered include individual and group
therapy as well as several vocational rehabilitation services.
In addition to working as a practitioner, Dr. Minkus has taught undergraduate and graduate
counseling and rehabilitation courses, supervised students pursuing their bachelors and masters
degrees in rehabilitation counseling, and designed a holistic vocational and psychosocial
rehabilitation program for military veterans that was well-received both by congressmen and
veterans. She has also conducted innovative research in vocational assessment and psychosocial
adaptation to chronic illness and disabilities.
In her current capacity, Dr. Minkus serves as Executive Director of A.C.E.S. as well as its principle
therapist and vocational rehabilitation consultant.
